Maritime Pre-Load Cargo Information (MPCI) Filing Fee
The previously announced Maritime Pre-Load Cargo Information (MPCI) Filing Fee has been adjusted and will take effect as outlined below. The mandatory data elements required for filing are as follows and should be included on all shipping instructions sent to CaroTrans' attention:
- Complete Shipper Details: Name, Address, Tax ID, Email, & Phone Number
- Complete Consignee Details: Name, Address, Tax ID, Email, & Phone Number
- HS Code(s) and Item Description(s)
