Port Congestion Surcharge - Gulf Region

CaroTrans will increase the port congestion surcharge from Dallas, Houston, and New Orleans to various countries and cities effective April 15, 2022.

Details as per below:

Dallas Houston New Orleans	Countries:  Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador,El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Uruguay	Surcharge  Increase	$15 W/M	April 15, 2022
Dallas Houston New Orleans	Cities:  Paranagua, Rio De Janeiro, Rio Grande	Surcharge  ​Increase	$15 W/M	April 15, 2022

All increases have a minimum of 1 CBM.
